AARON PAUL LOVETT
Aaron is a filmmaker, writer, and content creator based in Los Angeles, by way of New York. Their first short film, GAYS FOR TRUMP?, follows three gay Trump supporters in the American South. Aaron won First Place in the 2017 RiverRun International Film Festival PitchFest for the project, and has shown the film at festivals including Indie Memphis, RiverRun, and Indie Grits, among others. In pursuit of nonfiction filmmaking, they have traveled to the Middle East to document the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, explored Europe making personal essay films, and followed candidates on the ground during the 2018 midterms. As a writer of both screenplays and prose, they hope to one day combine their passion for storytelling and production by writing and directing in film and TV.
Aaron has produced videos for BuzzFeed, NowThis, VaynerX, and other clients. For a full list of their professional experiences, see their resume.
